Raw Cacao Fruit & Nut Bark

Who doesn’t love chocolate?! Since transitioning to a clean diet I’ve managed to ween myself off the sickly sweet milky stuff. I’ll often buy a bar of 85% dark chocolate though. Whilst this is obviously much better for us, nothing beats making your own. It’s so easy and completely free of dairy or refined sugar.

I love to add fruit and nuts to my chocolate bars. Wyldsson have just started doing a cherry and dark chocolate pro-mix and jeeeez does it work well in this recipe!

This is so quick and easy to make and stores brilliantly in the freezer. Give it a try and see if it satisfies your sweet tooth.

Chocolate Bark Wyldsson


100ml melted coconut oil

4 tbsp cacao powder

30ml honey

120g healthy pro-mix ~ I love cherry & dark chocolate by Wyldsson


Melt the coconut oil over a low heat in a pan

Stir in the honey and cacao powder with a wooden spoon and mix well until its all melted and well combined

Pour in 100g pro-mix and continue to stir

Allow to cool a little, then pour the nutty chocolate mixture into a silicone flapjack tray

Sprinkle the remaining 20g of pro-mix over the chocolate and place in the freezer to set

Serve straight from the freezer or place in the fridge for 30mins to soften a little.
